i find paba more effective than folic acid, and it help my digestion. typically reducing the gas in the intestines. it helps me to relax too.

Previously, I couldn’t stay in the sun without protective creams even for a very short time, but now everything is fine! the vitamin is needed for the production of melanin. + it must be combined with B9 and iron supplements for low hemoglobin - they all work much more effectively together!
