I took this ginseng extract for a while and the capsules were easy to swallow with no side effects. The effect was very mild. Some days I felt a small boost in focus, other days nothing at all. The quality seems fine but the results were too weak for me. It is an average supplement that might work better for someone more sensitive.

great buy! adapts well with panax ginseng as alternate..great for general well-being
Have used these regularly as a 60 year old male. No improvement on my health or well being. I will not be purchasing these again. In my opinion, save your money!
