This is my favorite type of Rhodiola. No other compares to it. I've been taking this brand for over 2 years. It's a must have for me with stress & energy. Big difference when using it. Seems I just don't do to well without this one. I do take a week or 2 off every now & then. Always glad to be back to it.
I'm not sure I got a lot of benefit from this formula, mainly because I'm not sure how well the tablets were dissolving and absorbing. I seem to do better with capsules, but tried this because the dosage is ideal and it's only one pill a day. Neutral taste and high quality, but be sure your system can break down tablets well. I might try it again.
