I have been using this alcohol-free skullcap for years, as I’m sensitive to tinctures containing alcohol. I’ve tried another popular brand but did not like it as well. This never fails me when I need a good night’s sleep. There is no grogginess in the morning, which I love!
Good to have on hand for natural birth. Dosage and size is perfect, ingredients great and clean. I take this for relaxation and sleep, usually with an infusion, and it works really well. The effect is calming without making me groggy, and the taste is mild and not bad at all. A great natural option for winding down. The only downside is that the price per serving is a bit high.
Tastes okay, and seems to calm my nerves. Skullcap is a wonderful herb. So pleased to find one that alcohol free, as I cannot tolerate any alcohol or too many ingredients. Pretty sure it’s due to my histamine issues. I also think skullcap helps with that. I think I great a should be good quality. I have bought other tinctures same brand and they all seem great. I trust it is what it says it on the bottle. Quality bottle and dropper too.

The quality of this product is really good, nice ingredients. The packaging is useful and I did get benefits from it, the taste is ok. Overall I am really happy with my purchase because it’s great for stress and general mood improvement I really like this product and it’s a good size.
Seems to do its job I have had some that taste better and some that taste worse after a few uses you get used to the taste I can even get my son to use it. Quality ingredients good size for the dosages. We like the gut benefits
