This is a high quality product, and I've tried a few! It has good ingredients that don''t aggravate my allergies at all. In the winter when I'm not getting enough sun, I can definitely fee the difference! The capsules are small enough to swallow easily. The bottle isn't too big and fits neatly with all ym supplements.

I have fibromyalgia and in pain 24/7. Changed doctors and after blood tests, found deficiency in D3. After taking Pure, results came back much better. Still have a ways to go but then I am slow to heal in the first place! Only take one a day and finding to take midway with dinner works best for me.

Great product with very little added. I have a corn allergy and Celiac, and this product is clean for those purposes. Pure Encapsulations was recommended to me by a dietician, and it is the brand I trust for supplements.
I like that these capsules don’t contain oil like most D vitamins do. I worry the oil in those is rancid by the time it arrives. Great item! I take with a meal with healthy fats and I am good to go!
