B-Complex Plus, 60 Capsules

I have been using this probably for more than 4 years almost daily. This product is recommended to me by my former Naturopathic doctor a long time ago. Even my new Naturopathic doctor advised me not to stop taking it. This product helps me alot to have a clear and calm mind. I suffered before with anxiety and panic disorder and this product is one of the supplements that make me get back to normal again. I also stopped taking my buspirone for my anxiety, but this product I just keep using it as suggested. Really good quality! I trust the quality of the ingredients and I am able to swallow it with no problem. The size is too easy to swallow. No problem at all!

I really do appreciate the quality of all the Pure Encapsulations products. Too bad they are so expensive. However, I like that the B12 is methylcobalamin.

I switched to this brand because it has the Methylcobalamin B12 form which is supposed to be more readily absorbed and used by the body. I use an other product from Pure brand and have been happy with it as well.

A great B-complex blend and exactly what I was looking for in terms of ingredients. It met my minimum B1 and maximum B6 requirements and allowed me to replace several supplements with only this one. It is a capsule with minimal taste/smell — which was a huge improvement to my current regimen. The size makes it easy to swallow. This has been a great addition to my regimen. I feel confident in the brand quality and look forward to seeing the effect over time.

Great B complex to cover gaps in the diet. Size of capsule isn't too big at all, and looking for the boosted effects to nervous system and metabolism. You definitely dont want to miss your B vitamins!!!

I really liked everything about it , the excellent dose plus the price also the very good quality, iam taking 1 tablet daily since 1 months and i feel my energy and my sleeping get better , the size compare to price is very good also the mixtures and ingredients all are suits my need especially that i need daily dose of folic acid, package came fast , no effect on my sleeping, has no taste
