I have been using this chamomile extract for a while now and it is the best that I have tried. No alcohol and the taste is good. It really helps to relax me at night time without feeling overly sedated. It is also great for days when I am more anxious and stressed as it will take the edge off. I really like this product, it's extremely gentle for the gut and has a strong calming effect. Great as a sleep support. Neutral, pleasant taste. Only bad thing about it is that there are not a lot of doses in it.
Yes it works but I couldn't be bothered counting the drops because I took it after trying unsuccessfully to get to sleep for a while. On those occasions the last thing I want to do is concentrate on counting drops as that would need me to be completely awake not drowsy, so I just put an unknown amount in my mouth probably more then the required one, so the bottle did not last.
