I was fighting an infection for which antibiotics were not working … I put 20-25 drops (half dose) in my coffee each morning … and I really think it helped as problem is gone. I could taste it … but was not unpleasant at all. Great product for reducing my coughing. Not cheap but worth it! Stop my coughing in less than two minutes. This product is exactly what it states it is. This herb does help a person with asthma; a person does breath better is my experience.

I have chronic inflamed sinuses. This worked really well when I used it in my nostrils, I could suddenly breathe through my nose. it didn't work out for me by gargling it. Another side note, thyme is a mild adaptogenic and it puts me right to sleep. I could feel that it even helped my lungs. I wouldn't use it every day but instead save it for when I have a flu.

I found this to be a high quality extract but required care with dosage to not overdo it. I generally only use it topically now to help with skin surface issues and combine it with other ingredients to help with any bacterial/fungal overgrowth. I did take it internally previously but under guidance from a doctor, and from what I understand, it requires a lot of caution if you're planning to take internally.
