The balm is good. It fills my hair cuticles. My hair looks thicker. But it feels a bit stiff. It has a strong smell like tar soap.

This is add-on product for their coal tar shampoo which i use against psoriasis, i got a bottle and i dont find it useful at all. It smells very strong of coal tar, the smell attaches to everything you put your head on, hats abut especially pillows, you pillow will smell like coal tar until you wash it. I dont find any additional benefits for using this after using their coal tar shampoo, if you use their shampoo for psoriasis, then use just that, this is unececery, especially for men and all people with short hair. Maybe women with psoriasis may find this useful if they have long hair Price is right. The amount you get for the price is also good.
