This is now a staple supplement for me. Reduces my stress, worry and anxiety levels massively!!! My mood is so much more mellow and laid back. It has a very sweet and earthy taste so not hard to take, I just drop it into my drink. Make sure to cycle it because you don’t want to be taking it constantly. I usually take a break whilst I’m on my monthly cycle and then get straight back to it. Some people find that it works a bit too well and they end up feeling emotionless. If this is the case for you, simply reduce your dose! I can’t recommend this stuff enough 👌🏾

Ashwagandha is a wonderful "regulator" of the body rhythms ... It energizes/strengthens one during the day ... and, at night it helps in more sound sleep. I definitely notice a difference when I'm out ... Don't run out of stock and USE it DAILY ... Take a dropper full in AM and at NIGHT before bed ...

I do take ashwagandha pills but i feel this has stronger effect. I like to take it in early morning when i wake up and want to still continue to sleep. I feel it has great and immediate effect.

Love the purity of the product and it taste as it should be. I used it when my mood is a bit under the weather or knowing that I m going to have a stressful day.

I gave it 3 bc I'm sure if I used it it would help but the taste is just unbearable for me. Didn't reap the benefits of the Calming at all and basically never use it.

I’ve had a stressful couple of months and I started taking this twice a day, AM and PM (or whenever I felt super overwhelmed and anxious) and within 30 minutes I feel noticeably calmer and relaxed, with a more tranquil mood. It has been a huge support and something I plan to always keep on hand. The taste is fine, I mix it in a little water and throw it down lol. The bottle size is bigger than other tinctures I’ve bought so I’m stoked about that. Should last me awhile. Great product and something I will continue using!
