I love this D3 from Fish Oil. It is easily assimilated by the body. This is a crucial vitamin in a pandemic. D3 upgregulates T-cells which are part of the immune system that kill pathogens like viruses inside cells. I am taking 5000 IU daily to get my level up, but when sick I have taken 100,000 IU a day with no problem (as long as it's from fish oil and *not* from lanolin). Most manufacturers offer D3 only from irradiated sheep's wool (lanolin), which is cheap to produce. So I give major kudos to Bluebonnet for offering D3 from Fish Oil, *and* in different potencies! The quality can't be beat!

These vitamin d supplements are great quality and made from fish sourced ingredients. The size of the pill is small and easy to swallow. The greatest benefit that I find with them is that they keep winter depression at bay. The cold, dark winter doesn’t feel quite as bad when I have these in my supplement rotation.

I have been using this product for a while and found that it is good quality and dosage of vitamin D3 which is essential for immunity and bone health. natural source of D3. good size of gelatin caps with no after taste. it has no bad ingredients. start feeling the effect after taking it.

It is quite good actually. I like the size of the capsule, its is easy to swallow and not to small to the point when you sre scared fo lose it. I lime how the container is made of glass, and while storing it in the fridge I am sure it will not get bad if I switch to another Vitamine D supplement for 1-2 months. Fishy smell is barely barely there. If you don't stick your nose into container, you won't even feel it.
