The quality is good and the ingredients is listed in the package. The size and taste is nice not very delicious but okay. The dosage is once a day which good. I take for bone and immunity and i have vit d deficiency . Haven’t seen the effects of absorption yet.

Vitamin D is pretty much all the same with the only real difference in most products being the carrier oil. Unless you're allergic to lanolin(from sheep) or vegan it really isn't a huge deal which brand you get. However there's a few of us that for whatever reason just do better absorbing a dry or chewable form of D. I can take a quarter one of these every day and it's more effective than a 5000 iu gel capsule for me. For years I would get low mood during the wintery months and sick for an entire month around Jan/Feb. The winter months would feel like they were a year long. I tried light therapy and all the other mood and immune things but this little pill has been more effective than anything else. Now I actually enjoy winter. Bonus is that the pills taste pretty decent. It's a great consideration for anyone who has difficulty swallowing pills as well.
