Excellent high dose D3, with just one caveat..
This is an excellent D3 supplement for high doses if you have autoimmune issues or just need to get your levels up. However, my only beef with this one is that it doesn't inlcude any K2, which you need in order to properly absorb the D3. It's hard to have to budget multiple supplements in order to cover all the bases. :( Other than that, I absolutely LOVE Bluebonnet products! They're an amazing brand with great variety and quality supplements!!

My favorite Vitamin D drops
I tried a few vitamin D supplements over the years. Both drops and capsules. And this is the absolute best! It has a citrus flavor, and I add one drop daily to my food to help with the absorption.
