Expensive but good quality and this one is more potent than the others on iherb. Highly recommended if you have any problems with digesting fats, or if your liver struggles to detoxify chemicals.
I advise this one to receive a real healing effect. The photo shows the caps of different colors from two bottles. I don't know what the colour depends on, but the first several bottles were brown, then it went lighter, greenish then again brown- and it seems to me the one which is darker works better, although the light one does the job too. Anyway I won't skip to another brand and love this one
Artichoke can reduce symptoms of IBS such as stomach pain, cramping, bloating, gas, constipation, and heartburn. Artichoke can improve liver function for people with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, there's evidence that it can contribute to overall liver health. I give it to my 14yo who has epilepsy and should take heavy drugs. I alternate it with milk thistle and dandelion root every 2 weeks.
First and foremost NO FILLERS in their caps such as rice hulls, magnesium stearate, etc. Just the pure herb in a vegetable based capsule. Artichoke is very good for the liver and digestion. Recommend!

A good artichoke supplement with a simple and clean formula. The capsules are easy to take and convenient to use. I include it in my routine from time to time. I like that there are no unnecessary additives. The quality seems very good, and overall it leaves a positive impression.
I decided to try this artichoke supplement because it is often used to support both liver and gut health. The ingredient quality from this brand looks good, and the 250 mg dosage is reasonable for daily use. The capsule size is manageable and easy to include in a routine. It’s still new for me, so I can’t fully judge the benefit yet, but the formula and ingredients look promising.
I continue to take an Artichoke extract supplement for its gut calming and inflammation calming effects, but although this brand is excellent, it is also a bit more expensive than another brand (Vitacost) which is the one I now use. This may be more well-formulated, since I love this brand.. but they actually both are. If this comes on sale again, I will probably get it, due to that 'soft spot' I have for this Ayurvedic brand, and their focusing on balancing the body, mind and spirit.
The capsule size is good for swallowing. I have not seen much change in my body. But I still take it sincebit is suppose to be good for your liver
I can't say much about the quality of this product, however, it has no fillers and the size of the capsules is really small, which is great, and they have no taste. The size of the bottle, however, isn't anything special. I don't think I have noticed any major good or bad changes after finishing the bottle (taking 2 caps daily on empty stomach), so I'll look into other options or combo this with something else.
