No bad taste. The effect came after 14 days, hopefully it will improve over the time. So far I feel I have more power and less headches, overall feel so much healthier.

I bought this primarily because of the mushroom content but I am questioning it as to whether the ingredient is actually helpful for me or not. I’m not sure if I will order again. Maybe the blend is not the best the thing I have noticed is it upped my … which is what a mushroom does I guess. There is no taste.
