Let me tell you...for the first time ever I got cold sensitivity on one of my teeth and it...I felt like I couldn't function. I was getting the biggest ache in my mouth and it went right to my head as if I was also having my first migraine as well. It was late at night went this was happening to me and I was desperate, I ordered this out of pure desperation. 2 Days later, I get this stuff, I put it on?...Relief...Sweet heavenly relief. Like first it hurt just a hint because of my sensitivity and then it immediately started to soothe it. I'm getting more. This stuff is too good. 😭 I haven't used it as a toothpaste yet but trust me I'm about to lol.

Have used this brand off & on for years (only when I run into a gum issue). I prefer something natural over say Listerine, though that definitely can help fix sore/bleeding gums, this is the best natural option for me. Even better than GSE - though some live by that stuff, I find it a bit irritating & this does not. It's actually sweet & easy to use, rubbing it on the gums with a finger or q-tip.

Yes, it does contain alcohol, it clearly says "Contains Propylene Glycol, a form of alcohol..." . Furthermore , the statement "Alcohol - Free" which you see on the front of the bottle does not mean it has 0% Alcohol, instead it means that there are trace of alcohol. Products labeled Alcohol Free can contain up to 0.5% Alcohol. You can also search it up to confirm, hope that helped.

week 2 of using once a day as toothpaste replacement. plaque build up reduced gums stopped bleeding in 3days missed a day using and gums bled a little. gums slowly healing. Taste is improving. week 2 definate improvement in gum health. marked improvement in taste. flavor is fine, not too strong. no rating on quality.. Am recommending for a family member with similar issues.

This stuff is amazing for gum pain / irritation. Even with the worse pain.. the most I’ve had to use it is 2 nights in a row and the pain was gone. Love this!
