This is one of my favorite ways to take milk thistle. I don't like swallowing bulky capsules and making the seeds into powder for tea is messy and time consuming. This extract is made with sweet glycerine so you can take a dropperful right in the mouth then take a sip of water, done.

I firmly believe that liquid supplements get absorbed better. I can’t tell you how many different brands of milk thistle I’ve tried that were just pure disgusting. The taste is not bad at all and I usually let my tea cool down a bit before I mix it in and I can barely taste it! Satisfied with this product.

This was recommended to me by my doctor in relation to my non-alcoholic fatty liver. It has no taste and it is easy to consume. I have tried other similar products in the past and I believe that milk thistle extracts do help reviving the liver.

before buying it checked the ingredients it only says milk thistle, but below the mention the glycerin. why wont you list all the ingredients at once.
