Buffered Vitamin C with Calcium and Magnesium, 120 Vegetarian Capsules

OK, I work in a war zone and my body needs all the suplements I can get to compensate for lack of organic food choices and this has been my n#1 battle buddy that keeps my immune system in check. Of all vitamins, Vitamin C is my favourite and here is why: as the strongest antioxidant it may reduce the risk from hronic deseases, it may help reduce the blood presure. Helps you process iron and its absorbtion better. Helps the white cells fight better and some studies say it helps with your mind and memory... who knew? (Me, I LOVE IT SO MUCH, I use Vitamin C as a skin drops serum for my skin as it helps with creation of optimal collagen production and keeps dark spots at bay, but that is another review for another time. Just so you know, "Buffered Vitamin C" means that unlike standard Vitamin C you have on the market, Bufferd is actually a combination of a highly absorbable form of vitamin C together with the buffering minerals magnesium, potassium and calcium to allow higher doses without stomach upset, and for supporting proper muscle relaxation and contraction. There now you know. As for this perticular product, I simply love it because its one of the rare ones when i get tested it hits 100% mark.

Excellent buffered C product which is known to be easier on the stomach. I also think that the 500 mg dosage is adequate for maximum daily use given that mega dosages eventually cause nutrient imbalances. Taking this for my immunity and love the ingredients

Good quality ingredients, size wize one package lasts for a while. Great effect (due to big potency). Did not irritate my delicate stomach. No bad taste too. :)

This is hands down, an amazing product. I take two a day all through the winter. If I feel something come on, I take up to 6 a day. It’s very effective! This product works so well for me and my kiddos I keep stocked up throughout the year. The size is perfect for adults, but I can easily break a pill for my kids too. I also by the powder form when available.
