great for sinus congestion and lung congestion. I can't have garlic so this is great as its the only product I can find that has Horseradish but without garlic.

Only three simple herbs (Brigham tea, horseradish, and cayenne pepper) in a base of pure alcohol and distilled water, that really helped to clean out my sinuses and helped clear my lungs of the remnants from a nasty bout of pneumonia. I took 3-5 doses a day for two weeks and was good as new.

I love this brand. Normally take sinus in pill form separately from lung. You have to take two twice a day. I prefer this liquid format and to find them both together is exciting.

I have used many of Dr. Christopher's products. I like the quality of the products. This one is no different. I have used this product for congestion in my sinuses. My stepdaughter also used this product for her sinus congestion. We both experienced relief. I took the dosage specified on the bottle in a cup of hot water.

This is a very nice and good-tasting (in my opinion) formula that definitely eases sinus and lung congestion, breaking it up so it can be removed from the body.

Taste is strong if just dip into mouth directly. Suggest dip into water
