Royal Maca®, 500 mg, 180 Gel Caps

I have been consuming this Royal Maca for approximately 3 years when I turned 50 and started with the menopause symptoms. At that time, I suffered hot flashes, constant head aches, fatigue, Insomnia (my worst symptom), and for the first time in my life I felt anxiety. I found out that Maca could help with menopausal symptoms and I thought I would try this one and I was very blessed to find it because it has been my savior for all those symptoms. I started with 2 capsules after breakfast every day and by the end of 2 weeks, my symptoms got better by 80% and by the end of the 4th week, I was 100% good. Now, I finish a bottle, wait a couple of months, and then, start a new one. Hope this review helps all women going through menopause.

Maca is a nutritional powerhouse, especially good for improving energy levels & supporting hormone health, e.g. PMS, hot flashes. I got this for my mom due to reading the ingredients and seeing that it’s a good antioxidant to be honest she did not see any difference. She said that it’s a good size to swallow. It’s a good quality, but not the best and the package came on damaged. it gave her a abusive energy and help with blood pressure. This is one of the benefits that she gained from it and it’s composition having amino acids and fiber it makes it good.
