Fantastic supplement to fight inflammation and improve cholesterol levels. I think this the only good quality one that is vegan. It was a pleasant surprise that the ingredients list is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Great package size and cost/benefits.

1000 mg of Borage Oil, cold pressed, organic. Pure ingredients, the vegan capsule has a slightly medicinal aroma. I've not used Borage Oil much but I feel its benefits might include a feeling of upliftment and calm simultaneously. My hair stays fine, with body, veins show under my skin, strong and healthy blood flow.

Good quality oil, clean Plantbased ingredients, great for hair, skin, inflammation, cholesterol and has many other benefits. The package is light, and capsules are really easy to swallow, no taste if you swallow it right away. Was a great addition to my Plantbased omega 3 capsules of the same brand. Great for older age to support your heart and body in general.

I take these as well as Primrose by the same brand. We need omegas but I also don’t want to keep damaging the sea so I don’t eat fish that is not local and need a supplement. This is great for vegans since I am sad to say a lot of brands then throw these oils into a bovine sourced capsule. These are good!
