On my 2nd or 3rd bottle of this, was at the full 15 drops but found it caused diarrhea so reduced to 10 drops and no problems. Use once a day with the Pinella for my second dose. Works for the co-infection of Lyme-Bartonella which affects the spinal cord and brain.
