I recently started using this Mason Natural K2 + D3 supplement and so far I’m pleased with it. Each tablet delivers 100 mcg of Vitamin K2 and also includes Vitamin D3 (the label shows 25 mcg / 1000 IU) along with a small amount of calcium.
Good quality for such a cheap price. Small tablets, easy to take. The combo of K2 + D3 in one pill makes it super convenient and effective. I liked that I don’t have to buy two separate supplements, everything is in one. I also liked how light it feels on the stomach, no side effects or heaviness. I liked that the formula is simple and straight to the point, just Vitamin K2 and D3 without unnecessary fillers. The balance between the two ingredients makes it more effective, since they work better together for bones and overall health.
I take this product every day. I do wish that it either had more vit. D or none at all. I want to take 2000 IU per day, but it is either only the 1000IU in this product or 3000 IU by taking my 2000 IU D3 as well. 1000 IU not enough for someone with osteoporosis.
Still on it as of September 2025. A Better Product. The Quality, Ingredient, Dosage and Size is this package at 100 capsules is great. That is 100 days of my supply. With the added K2 with no after taste, it gets even Better. Used to take the regular D3 and then realized D3 also needs K2, so switch over for better immunity, effect and to make up for any deficiency & better absorption for teeth and bones. The sun in my tropical Singapore is great but still, it does not offer me K2 if I have a lack of it in my diet.
