my mom has high cholesterol and diabetes. Amla extract can help lower ur A1C and also your bad cholesterol. She wasn't able to take the typical meds for cholesterol due to side effects. so I bought her this and she likes it can help her A1C also. she's not on diabetic meds either. with diet changes she's doing just fine. my research online states "Amla extract (Indian gooseberry) is shown to lower fasting blood sugar by up to 20–21% in studies and decrease HbA1c levels by 10–15% after eight weeks of supplementation. It acts by reducing insulin resistance, protecting pancreatic cells, and inhibiting carbohydrate breakdown. Daily doses of 1–3 grams are generally used."

I have ordered based on reviews ,been using it from a month almost, capsule isnt much big in size which is a good thing, I am taking it alternate days and not daily, I hav had moderate level bad cholestrol showed up in test reports 3 months back so doc advised me the statin cholestrol medicine and I didnt want to take it because it causes dementia, liver issues,constipation sort of and pain in legs, most of the people i know complained for these problems. so i was looking for an alternative which is not an english medicine but like a supplement and found this right on time, gonna use it for few months and wil do the test report after few months to see if using this brought my bad cholestrol down..will reupdate this review afterwards then ,so as of now I cant comment on benefit n quality as of now but only after few months.

I have been taking this product mainly for BP i have noticed a gradual improvement. I started off taking 2 tablets together once a day, but not much improvement. So i tried taking one tablet in morning and one tablet in evening, then i noticed better results. It will be interesting to see if improvements continue, so i will keep taking this product for now.
