I like Nature's Answer products! High-quality Vitex Extract, but I prefer the alcohol-free version. It has a strong taste but is easy to mix in water or juice. I used it with the combination of Black Cohosh for hormonal balance in menopause. I started with the recommended dose but lowered the amount in half after an outbreak on my chin. Highly recommended for women's health.

I use Vitex Extract (Chasteberry) in combination with Black Cohosh for hot flashes or general feeling of hormone imbalance. The extract form is easy to take with a small amount of water, and it appears to be of good quality. My best results for hot flashes which wake me up at night are Black Cohosh and Vitex Extract as a combination.

Wonderful product, and it’s a staple in my daily diet. I’ve always bought Nature’s Answer, and I still will. I wonder why they have started adding alcohol though. My latest delivery has 12% alcohol on the label. Still, it’s virtually tasteless of it, but I hope they stop there. I don’t like liquid supplements with the alcohol. It starts to feel like I’m just taking a shot of vodka.
