Every capsule of Carlson, Tocomin SupraBio contains 9 mg of vitamin E (more commonly known as tocopherol) and 250 mg of palm tocotrienol complex. We all know the benefits of tocopherol - may balance cholesterol, reduce inflammation of the skin, boost circulation to your scalp and immune system. And normally we take enough of tocopherol from food (vegetable oils such as olive, sunflower and safflower oils, whole grains, and green leafy vegetables) but not tocotrienols (from rice bran, palm fruit, barley, and wheat germ). Therefore, it's better to supplement them. Experts believe that tocotrienols have many health benefits — some that are more powerful than those found in more common tocopherols. These include increased brain health and functionality, anticancer activity, and cholesterol-lowering properties. I take 1 capsule every day to make sure I get enough of both forms of vitamin E.

This is a high quality complex that contains alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E) with a good mixture of tocotrienols. I take it for liver and hair support. The capsule is tiny and easy to swallow. I take it with a fat containing meal to maximize absorption. There's no weird taste or smell. The bottle is small and has a screw on cap. The amount of capsules is enough for 2-4 months, depending on if you take it once or twice a day. My main issue with this product is that it's expensive. In summary, I like this product but try to get it on sale. 👍

We were really happy to find Tocomin. We had a hard time finding these 4 tocotrienols in combination, but Carlson has provided it. We take it for brain, liver and cardiovascular support. They are lab tested for quality and potency. The soft gels have no taste and the size of the soft gels make them easy to swallow.

This is the real stuff, not huge amounts of ingredients. I take one of those a day and they are small enough to swallow them. I used other Vit E supplements before but with those I have the most benefits. There is no acetate inside as well, what’s important to me because that can cause cancer.

However, the price is quite high compared to similar products, and the effects are not immediately noticeable, so it feels more like a long-term investment in health. I was very happy to find this tocotrinol blend. Natural vitamin E has eight molecules. 4 tocopherols, and 4 tocotrinols. however, most supplements simply include alpha tocopherol, and ignore the other seven parts. Based on my research the tocotrinols have extremely profound health benefits. When there is a high level of alpha tocopherol in the blood, it actually inhibits the complete absorption of the 4 tocotrinols. So when I take these I do it separate from any other vitamin E sources to ensure maximum absorption. Peace from BC Canada
