I can honestly say that when I had first tried this rhodiola, it had felt very effective at reducing my stress throughout my workday, both in my head and my chest. It's very calming and I definitely think I've benefited. Dosage is reasonable since it seems to have a little higher percent of rosavins, but less herb itself, which in no way reduces the quality. Definitely need to buy again.

Very high quality ingredients Rhodiola extract. It comes as a fluid in capsules, so you kinda have to keep it out of the light. Capsule size is great. I noticed so much more endurance and energy with Rhodiola. Dosage I usually take is two capsules daily, in the morning before meal.
