I found this to be more concentrated then the other tinctures that I've tried. This extra concentration helps to expel parasites faster than others. I drink green tea along with this, during the day, to detox because sometimes the toxins that parasites produce, as they are dying are strong and cause nausea.

I take Kroeger Black Walnut Hull tincture, 2 pipettes full, under the tongue, then chase with water. Although this has alcohol to preserve the quality of the tincture, I can't hardly notice it. I take this as part of the 3-part Parasite Cleanse... I bought another bottle, because of the purity of the quality is so high, and for maintenance, to detox and eliminate Parasites, before the next Liver Flush, as I couldn't get stones out.

It seems to be good quality. It tastes good to me. I'm using it as a supplement for a parasite cleanse (this is NOT medical advice; contact your own health care provider if you intend to use it as part of a parasite cleanse). The ratio of herb to liquid is only 2:5 (I've seen others better, such as 1:1).

This product was recommended buy a therapeutic doctor to cleanse parasites with garlic extract and barberry roots extract, plus oregano in capsules for two months. It has a strong/bitter taste - everything the worms don't like. I had no problems during the cleanse and I'm glad I did it. From now on I can repeat the process at at list once a year. I'm happy! :)

I bought this because I was getting low on another brand of same herb. This product is "extra strength". I did notice a difference the first time I consumed it, comparing to the typical result I got with another brand black walnut hull extract. IMO, kroeger herb worked better for me.
