I’ve been taking this for many years now, I need this every winter season, I take 10,000 IU everyday to help me reduce My inflamation, during summer about 5000 IU, the first time I got serious skin allergy but after 1 week of taking the allergies gone for good. I bought this product because Doctor's Best used quality ingredients and I need to make sure I get enough Vitamin D3 since I don't expose my skin to the sun regularly. The soft gels are small in size and easy to swallow but each one is packed with a large dosage of 5000 international unit of D3. This is helping me to overcome deficiency and improve the health of my bones. If you take one softgel daily this bottle will last you nearly a year.
