This is a high quality complex that contains alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E) with a good mixture of tocotrienols. I take it for liver and hair support. The capsule is small and easy to swallow. I take it with a fat containing meal to maximize absorption. There's no weird taste or smell. The bottle is normal size and has a flip cap. The amount of capsules is enough for 1-2 months, depending on if you take it once or twice a day. My main issue with this product is that it's expensive and I wish the bottle would contain twice the amount of capsules. In summary, I like this product but try to get it on sale.
