I really love this product! I started to see a difference pretty quickly, plus a really nice surprise. I swear my hot flashes are almost gone! Night sweats too! I have always used Deva.

My skin looks fairly hydrated after few weeks of taking this supplement however am still hoping for a better result for my eczema. The eczema is not as dry as before.

Your skin fills out in wrinkly places. I have taken a more expensive product (Doctor’s Best) and Deva is just as good. It is also Vegan which is a plus for veggie people.

Since I can't have other ceramides b/c they are always with wheat which I'm allergic to, this one is a great alternative. I wasn't sure about the dosage, but it seems that is b/c of the source and not necessarily it's effectiveness (by reading the comments). I have a great improvement of my skin with less profound lines and wrinkles, but I do use more that aids in this and for me hard to tell what part is because of these ceramides. But I do know they are important building blocks and it feels good to have them.

I've bought this before but now I started again, I use a vibration plate daily as well and the combo has reduced the veins to near nonexistent! Usually when waiting so many yrs without saline injections this wouldn't work as good but the combo I'm doing now works better than injections!
