Bergamot extract has long had a reputation for improving blood levels related to cholesterol and blood sugar. I use a variety of products from Jarrow and I am always impressed with the quality of their products. Capsule is easy to swallow. I was looking for a natural method to reduce my LDL (Bad cholesterol). Doctor is looking to prescribe statins in which I refuse to take at this time due to their side effects. So far I've been taking Bergamot for about 7 weeks and will be checking my cholesterol in a couple of months and will update my review to let you know how well the product is working. quality wise this has the best ingredients perhaps, but so expensive now, perhaps more than double. i bought the 180 capsules bottle 4 years ago, surprised to find that it was still very effective last few months. i used it for my heart palpitations. i don't know if it is due to heart, which I hv 70% blockage, or digestion system inflammation, or stress. i had palpitations all the time last few months, due to year end panic. this is very effective, and I just need to take 1 to 2 capsules each time. perhaps repeat it when it is severe. i cud add hawthorns, boswellia, escherichia, or olive leaf. at different time each of them cud be effective. recently I also try to add ginseng, and taurine. palpitations is terrible. one of the thing is not to eat too much each meal.

even though i didn't see any change in my blood works (ldl, hdl...) The quality is excellent. The ingredients are healthy and natural age is 74. The packaging is easy to open.
