I have an injuries tendon in my foot that has been giving me grief for nearly 7 months..it's only been a few days but it is helping. A lot of people are afraid to use this herb because of health associates saying that it can cause side effects. However, that’s if you take too much that is allowed. I use the cream every morning and see fast results from pain. I just apply it in the morning and feel great throughout the day. Even though it is a wonder herb, the cost for 1.76 oz at $21 is very costly. I do have the salve, yet the cream is better to not stain your clothes.
After applying the cream to the problem area, I saw that it relieved some of the pain and so was definitely beneficial. The cream is well packaged in a tube and is easy to apply. I used it for a period of about two weeks every night, before going to sleep.
I got this to rub on my elbow as have been suffering with bad tennis elbow. It does give me some relief straight away, definitely takes the edge off the pain a bit. Nice clean cream, happy so far!
I got this comfrey cream for my knee pain.It really works!It is good quality and a nice size to keep by my bed to use during the night.It feels good and is very effective for pain.You do have to put it on frequently.I will buy again.
