We use these flower essences specifically for anxiety for my daughter. It’s one of the few natural things that’s genuinely helped her. It works just as good, if not better than, other brands . This one is more affordable and I love the fact it’s alcohol free and a spray version. So much easier than tinctures during anxiety!

I love to use it in the mornings when I don't eat breakfast early and also between meals it's fresh and minty not too strong. The quality of the ingredients are great. I also like that it keeps your mouth fresh and on top of that it protects your teeth and gum. The size is perfect.
