I never fly without motion sickness medicine in last 10-15 years. I have switches to this one on short flights and it helps, so I skip the bonine. I haven't tried it on long transat-atlantic flights yet. Also, Cocculuc indicus doesn't make you dizzy or sleepy, like the traditional medicines do.
