Boiron Silicea 30C has become an essential in my daily routine to combat tiredness and burnout. These tiny pellets are gentle and natural—no artificial ingredients—making them easy to take and ideal for subtle, ongoing support.
I will always have this homeopathic remedy on hand but don't usually use it for fatigue. It find it particularly helpful for the removal of splinter or small objects in hands or fingers. Ex. a tiny shard of glass, thistle from weeding in the garden, etc...One, or two doses normally does the trick to make the skin irritation go away. I'm sure this could still be helpful for larger splinters as well but would likely not be enough to remove them on their own. This is more for the things that irritate you that you can't quite see, but still know they are there. Hope this helps someone else!

Sprinkle this dulse flakes onto my avocado toast for a savory ocean chew. They add iodine and a salty crunch. My thyroid appreciates the boost. The pouch reseals with a Ziploc slider.
But I'm unsure how much of an improvement this is making on my quality of life. They taste like little sugar pellets, and I'm not convinced that they are actually providing any kind of benefit. I can't say that I feel any immediate relief on taking this supplement, like I would when taking aspirin to get me through having to work while exhausted.
This is fine. I'm gradually getting my homeopathic kit together. For potential relief of symptoms that might arise. Concern and planning for a possible future. Not much taste, ingredients are satisfactory and non-toxic. Supplements my other remedies, thereby improving my options and benefiting me. The packaging will suffice. Homeopathy is a functional energetic system for any age. Composition is acceptable, as is the quality.
