I just want to say gave a  little concern to arbian customers by adying arabic languge , not for me , but for a thousand of arbian people who want to purchase alote of things here but they cant, because they cant speak any languag but Arbic language ..

First time trying this good quality white Chía, and I am liking a lot. I usually take it with flax seeds as a daily meal in the mornings with hot water till it gets to room temperature. Good way to finish my fasting! At the beginning my body felt prob it's a lot of fiber but get use to it, plus I cna see my skin more hydrated after a mknth of taking the 5 working days. Highly recommended with lots of benefits!

I read a lot about the benefits of Chia...I admit I am not very fond of the taste, but I want to add the nutritional benefits of Omega 3 , tons of fiber and high quality protein. This organic brand seems to be of great quality. I sprinkle some on my yogurt and it gives it a crunchy texture.

These white chia seeds are great! Really mild taste and very versatile — I sprinkle them on yogurt, oatmeal, and use them in smoothies or chia pudding. They’re organic, add fiber and omega-3 goodness, and the bag lasts a long time. Makes healthy eating a little easier without changing the flavor of my food.

These are very good and they don't stick together like some do. There are more black seeds in it compared to another brand I use called Shilo. Appreciate they are white and less noticeable in the teeth. I put 1 TB in a tall glass of water and drink every morning.

Mamma Chia seeds are good quality and a great organic ingredient to add to smoothies, drinks or baked goods. The white variety is especially good for chia pudding. I recommend.

we use this for chia pudding, add vanilla plant milk overnight blend if you want it creamy and at fruit or nuts.

There’s no taste. The package is hood. I read so many benefits of this chia seeds that’s why I ordered it. My recipe for this, I mix this with granola oats or oatmeal then plain yogurt, milk, powdered flaxseed and dried fruits like berries. This is great for diet. The quality is good. The ingredients are wonderful.
