I've been using EFX Sports Kre-Alkalyn for a few weeks now and I'm really happy with the results. My strength during workouts has noticeably improved, especially with heavier lifts, and I feel like I can push out a few extra reps compared to before. One thing I really like about this product is that it doesn’t cause the bloating or stomach discomfort that I sometimes experienced with regular creatine monohydrate. The capsules are also very convenient and easy to take, so I don’t have to mix powders or deal with any taste. My recovery between workouts also feels better, and overall my training performance has improved. The quality seems very good and the product feels clean and effective. The only downside is that it's a bit more expensive than standard creatine, but for me the convenience and lack of bloating make it worth it. Ill keep this review plain and simple..if youre looking for a good creatine thats also a thermogenic that actually works with good results then this is the one youve been looking for..its hard to find any supp that has good creatine AND is also a thermogenic so you dont have to carry 1 bottle for creatine and another one just for your thermogenic its pretty much the best all in one combo and how convenient is that right? Kre-alkalyn ALWAYS has been my go to for creatine and ive never been let down. Just take 3 15-30 minutes prior to training and you'll start sweating feeling the need to train and keep training.
