This bcaa powder is awesome! I first have to say I read one of the reviews, that was given a 1 star rating, because it made him "itchy", first of all it has beta-alanine in it which will make you tingly/itchy. So read the ingredients and do your research on products before you buy them. This is an outstanding product, it has helped me put on lean muscle, and helps preserve muscle on a calorie deficit. I do notice faster muscle recovery, and DOMS doesn't seem to be as intense.

BCAAS for post workout recovery
I use this product religiously after lifting days and feel that it really replenishes my muscles and leaves me less sore and fatigued. this is one that I keep doing back for ~ and i pair it with the dry scoop pre workout. MRM always uses high quality formations and ingredients that I trust. the taste is a little much but it's definitely not the worst compared to other similar products.
