I’ve been using this toothpaste for a while and I’m very satisfied with it. It leaves my teeth feeling clean and fresh, and the minty flavor is not too strong. I’ve noticed my teeth look a bit brighter after regular use. It’s gentle on my gums and doesn’t cause any sensitivity. Overall, a great everyday toothpaste that I would recommend.

I am trying to minimize the use of fluoridated tooth paste since there is more evidence that fluoride is not exactly as healthy as thought. This tooth paste has a great flavor, very mild though, is leaves the moth fresh and clean. Along with this I do coconut oil pulling and so far so good, minimal plaque.

I used Jason tea tree cinnamon fluoride free toothpaste for over a decade until they discontinued it. I found this and this is my new favorite. It's even better because it keeps the mouth fresh and the surface of the teeth feel very smooth all day. For those who do not tolerate mint toothpastes, this is the best in my opinion. I have a very sensitive mouth. The first week it took a little adjusting to the xylitol but now it is perfectly fine. Also the price is great. This toothpaste is nice and smooth creamy consistency and lathers well.
