This cereal is my favourite cereal in the whole wide world. I’m not kidding. Maybe it’s the nostalgia too, as my mother used to buy this cereal when i was really young, still in primary school, then it disappeared off the shelves. I accidentally found it on iherb again and i have repurchased many times since. The sweetness and flavour that comes from the grains is just unbeatable. I hope i can continue buying this cereal for a long time

I use to eat lots of cereal. lots of it was real bad for you. crap. now, I basically only eat this but not everyday. this stuff is so good. and the ingredients are top notch. and who needs a box, what a waist. so if I only get one cereal the rest of my life....I'm good with this.

Liked the taste and texture, more wheaty and has a bite, with a subtle sweetness. Although it has a tinge of soapy/floral flavor that I didn't enjoy. Bought this twice but because of the price I'll be looking at other local choices. Note: for an organic, gluten-free and heavier cereal the price point is ok, just not within my current budget.

This cereal is made of high quality ingredients. it has a nice crunch to it. it's very healthy, so not very sweet. Not much, sugar. it's easy to add topping to this like fruits or nuts. is excellent for a quick breakfast and you know you're getting meaningful nutrition out of it.

They are almost perfect, our family really likes them but in my opinion a bit too sweet. I prefer them to be more neutral and add honey if I want them sweet. In any case they taste good and the size is fair.
