It tastes so good and I add it to my pancakes. In other days I just take a small spoonful at morning.

Tried several Manuka's, this one has mild taste, I took during a period of 2-3 months every evening 1 ts to boost my immune system and restore my gut health. It creates miracles it really helped me to recover from long bronchitis. Recommend but this one is bit pricy. Worth trying also other brands

I had boought this exact same product before just a lower MGO number. This is an excellent brand of Manuka Honey as I have done some research. Comes out smooth and it's super sweet so a little goes a long way. The health benefits are worth the price tag. I also plan on buying this in the future this will now be my go to brand. :)

We consume this religiously, esp during winter, the cold/ flu season as preventative measures. Dosage: 1/2 tsp in the am before breakfast. The quality of this brand is impressive. Taste: not too sweet with a thicker texture than non- manuka honey. Good size for family consumption.
