its tastes so good if you love caramel and nuts this is perfect for you it is sweet and crunchy. The size is great, my brother is on a diet and he eats it so idk if it affects. I think the ingredients are safe because it pecans and maple idk

I previously tried the Pomegranate flavor and really enjoyed it, so I bought this one to try with a friend. The taste is okay, but the texture is softer than I expected — I was hoping for something more crunchy, but it feels a bit moist. The sweetness is slightly on the stronger side for me. The portion size is reasonable, but overall this isn’t my favorite flavor in the series. I’ll continue trying other varieties to see which one I like most.

Got it for my nephew the taste is yummy and the quality is organic and fresh the size is perfect for kids around the age less than a year flavor is good and surprisingly based on the serving size it is good for adults diet as welllll. Package is cute too
