Peppermint is a very nice fit with ginger. This is a very nice flavour variety. A couple of fruit flavour varieties from a couple of other brands, blended with the ginger make them taste like soap.

These are a good ginger chew- there is a bit of hardness to them too and the chew does take a little while so you get to savor the flavor. Flavor wise they are great!
The blend of peppermint and ginger is great in these. I have tried other flavors of the Chimes, and was worried the mint would be odd, but it works well together. The mint is just the right amount.

Very good sweet, right amount of mint. Shame about the 3g sugar but that seems to be the norm with this product. Really nice flavour, not sur why it's a lot more expensive than other flavours though...
