The ratio of this PWO does quite well and starts to feel about 20 minutes after drinking. Focus is very focused and doesn't make the heart beat very confused, but that Power when doing heavy weights is obviously lasting. The most surprising thing was that there was no obvious Crash (failure) after the procedure, and I could still eat and rest normally when I got home.
The taste is fine, but other manufacturers have more delicious flavors, so you can have other flavors so you don't get bored.
