Every time I start to get mucus or flem I take 2 of these and it clears up within 30min . It’s the only thing that’s worked so far . Plus I haven had a flu or cold since taking these 8 months ago
I have noticed that I hardly get sick and allergies anymore, even when my whole household has a cold, I’m fine. I have a sensitive body to food and natural products. I am also sensitive to gluten. That's why I often can't consume some products. These mushroom capsules are one such product. Even though they say they're gluten free I have a reaction to them like they have gluten in them. Before them I used other manufacturers and I had no reaction, it is present here. Whether there was contamination of the product or that they use mycelium that grows on grain, I do not know what the problem is, but I have problem. I can not judge the quality of the product, maybe it is top, but effects on my body are :-(

love this mans knowledge & wisdom but I am not sure exactly what benefit I have given myself by adding it to my diet/ daily routine. I trust his product so I am going to continue although I may switch from the seven to Lions Mane.
