My lung has fibrosis. Doctor said it is just minimal scar on my lung. It is not active. I want to add this mushroom to my supperment. I take 2 capsules per day as it says om the box. I took a picture of the ingredients. Please take a look. It claim to support lung funtioning. I really hope it works. The size of capsule is regular. easy to swallow.
I bought these because seasonal allergies were upsetting my asthma and people said they helped. I liked the idea of helping my lungs from the inside and not using a rescue inhaler so often. I was skeptical at first but have since bought more bottles of these amazing mushroom pills. I use my inhaler less, yes, I still suffer from allergies, but I truly believe my lungs are getting stronger and healtier from using this stuff. You never know if something will work until you give it a try.
Host Defense has a lot of products. If you ask them they will send you a book on all of their research from their doctorate staff as well as other highly educated people. I have asthma and usually once a day a lung spray. I started “Breathe,” and maybe once a month or less, do I need the lung spray. I’ve run out and I’m back to the lung spray. I had high hopes for this to improve my congestion and performance while cycling. I do believe it improved my cycling performance and overcome some month long congestion I was dealing with; however, it was causing GI issues and was not worth continuing. Upon stopping, GI issues resolved.

Great quality well researched product. Ingredients are from the mycelium of the mushroom. Plastic packaging. Multiple benefits including strengthening the immune system doesn’t have a taste. I personally prefer to buy these products as a stand alone instead of using them all together which is available as well in a larger size as individual ingredients.
