On a daily basis taking collagen in powder form and multivits. This makes it convenient if im travelling and want to keep up with the supplements. Helps to maintain the results that i had been supplementing collagen for close to 2 years, skin is less dry and more plumped up
I have been taking this for awhile now ...stopped to try another brand ..but this is the best for my skin.... the tablets are a bit big to swollow, but the results are fantastic..My 62 year old skin becomes soft like a babies bottom!! I’ve been using Verisol-B (the main ingredient in this product) supplements for almost two years now - and I don’t think I’ll ever stop using them. After only a few weeks the skin of my body became much softer and hydrated and after three months or so, the crow's feet around my eyes and the lines on my forehead started to diminish. Not completely of course, but yet. I've been taking these pills daily for 3 months. I can definitely see a difference in my skin. There has been a marked difference in the smoothness and radiance. My husband even noticed improvement. Unlike other collagen powder which tastes bad， capsules can be taken without pain，results may not be prominent as i am old， but do not know if i will look older without taking them
