This is very soothing & calming, is a good quality floral grounding scent that linger for quite awhile, for any age, worth it.A good size & quality packaging thats easy for travel, wont leak. The composition of the essential oil is soothing & calming, a natural scent, feel grounded, benefits well being for sure, I use daily at bedtime to calm myself for a deep sleep, sometimes I mix it with Sage or Cedarwood, highly recommended.
