I had stopped using it for a while but this is very easy to incorporate into my daily routine - especially during colder months. tastes great and I feel like my body is getting a good cleanse when I am on it. I haven't received this product from iherb, but it's part of my wellness arsenal.

I drink the hibiscus one at night and the lemon in the morning and I like them both. Great to detox in the morning and help the liver. Can only recommend + the herbs mix is full of nice herbs
